I have not needed a broker before , but have been told they are extremely helpful by family and friends.
So after doing a Google search to find a broker in my closest local area and then scrolling through many Google reviews. I decided Green Light sounded like a good company. It has been a terrible experience of customer service. After leaving messages, (including an online form enquiry) my contact number...followed with promises to call back of which I ended up doing myself each and every time and then being told they are unlikely to be able to help, even though my situation was never discussed
