This owner is very rude. When I tried to repair my tyre's puncture, he suggested a get a new wheel. This is the second time this has happened and on the same wheel, last time he fixed it and this time he would fix it. Before this I had to pay hundreds of dollars for a punctured tyre. I said ok and when we installed the new tyre, the sound was still present of a punctured tyre. Never going here again. Owner swears and overcharges on all things.

Quote was $125 from sam and lady charge me $135 for not even same tyre cheaper tyre and cost me $135
Message for sam please do something with your staff they don’t even think they can call you and double check for price

Awesome customer service. This is my second times bought a tyres, no problem at all. Definitely will come back if need tyres in future.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! They damaged my 3 month old tyres while changing them to the new ones I got from them. Have tried to contact SAM the useless owner, he has been rude and giving me the run around, has not even ask to see the damage won’t even have a proper conversation about it. So now I have spoken to ACCC and the matter will go to VCAT. Sam is a unprofessional business owner and his staff lie and can’t do their jobs right.

This is the cheapest tyre store in Melbourne. They do have range of tyres even they don't have they deliver with in one day. Tyre fixing is efficient and fast. You can get good deal with them👍.
