We specialise in Training Women, we work with individuals to assist with your Health and Fitness Goals by looking at how a women's menstruation effects training, sleep, energy, and ultimately your Health and Fitness Goals, this includes all Women!. those in their Reproductive years, Peri-Menopause, Menopause and Post Menopause.

We offer over 20 Classes providing the flexibility you need to find the right workout for you. Discover the benefits of group exercise programs, in a relaxed uncrowded environment including strength training and aerobic stations. We have friendly, professional female staff on hand at all times.
Services
Owner/Instructor, Gretchen Kau has a Bachelor of Physical Education from Otago University (Majoring in Exercise Prescription and Management.). Over the past 20 years Gretchen has kept her foot in the door of the fitness industry thru running successful Outdoor Bootcamps attending a number of different courses of interest and being an avid gym goer!
We have a number of Memberships suitable for everyone, taking into consideration your lifestyle & gym committments. Our most popular membership is the Month to Month Membership which will cost you a little more than one workout per week! All memberships have a $50 joining fee payable upfront or over monthly instalments of $10 extra per month.
We have 2 seasonal memberships either 3 months for $249 or 6 months for $469 these are one off, up front payments, and no joining Fees! Our most popular membership is the Month to Month Membership at $19.75 per week which gives you access to all gym facilities classes, cardio, a $49 joining FEE. Our Lock in 12 month membership is ONLY $17.50 per week with full access to all facillities AND No Joining FEE.

A women's only fitness centre. There is a circuit with 10 exercise machines with an exercise mat between each. There's also a treadmill, rowing machine and cycling machine. Classes are run daily for group sessions of HITT, legs and core, boxing and dance. Pilates and yoga classes also run.
