After many years of home extensions and renovations in the Newcastle area, Brent Caukwell Building are specialists in this field. The client has often spent a long period of time - sometimes years - perfecting their plans, changing this and that, dealing with the local councils over what is and isn't possible. Backwards and forwards with their chosen draftsman or Architect. Then the time comes to find the right builder, one they feel will build there dream house to the quality they expect.

We have been building and installing kitchens as part of our renovations, extensions, new home projects in the Newcastle area. Our kitchens have the latest products available, hinges, bench tops, doors, cupboards, etc.
While our target market is residential homes in the Newcastle area, we have also renovated some commercial properties. Recent projects include Leah Jay's Hamilton and Warners Bay offices, Mayfield subway, a hair salon in Darby Street, serviced apartment and restaurant in Newcastle East. We recently renovated the bathrooms, kitchen and stage at the Young Peoples Theater in Hamilton.

I wanted my bathroom to be renovated and redesigned by replacing all the old stuff with new and functional ones. Because bathrooms are the essential parts of every house, so I wanted the project to be done by the best professionals in the city. Thus I hired the experts at BC Build, and as usual they served us with an extremely satisfactory service. My bathroom has a new and pleasing look now. You guys are just awesome...highly recommended!
