After trying on over 100 dresses across multiple states, I landed on both my ceremony and reception dresses at Bridal Galleria. Shonna helped me in my search for my ceremony dress during a Monique Lhuillier trunk show. She was patient with me and nailed the vision that I was trying to achieve. I chose the Willow dress with an over skirt back in August 2019. My original wedding date was September 2020, but with covid, we pushed to October 2021. Jean was so helpful. I am not a dress girl, and was skeptical of the entire wedding dress shopping concept. I tried two styles on before I found the perfect perfect dress. Jean was supportive, encouraging, and just fun to be around. This was an excellent hour and the price at the end was totally reasonable. I was shocked to come away with a dress, and am very happy with the overall experience. I would recommend Off the Rack Bride to any bride looking for a dress and not wanting to spend a fortune. There is a lot of glitter and flounces here, but I was able to find a simple silk dress without frills

Haily is lovely. She was patient as I browsed the dresses and accessories answering any questions. She showed me where my sizes would be and explained the color on the tags indicates the discount % ( I stopped by w/out an appointment) Haily even helped me try on a dress I liked despite not having booked an appointment. The selection is very feminine with lots of sparkles, glitter, and beading details. This is a fantastic place to go for "off-the-rack" wedding dresses. Very appropriate name. There should be more places like this! The gowns are of amazing quality. The sale associates were kind and patient. And they had a lot of lights in the viewing area so the dresses are even more bright and beautiful. So if you need a dress fast, I highly recommend checking out this place. It's not "cheap", but the dresses are amazing. Make an appointment!

Bridal Galleria is the best bridal salon in San Francisco. They have a beautiful selection of designer gowns and their level of service is great. Grace in particular is wonderful! She is very accommodating and will give you her honest opinion when it comes to alterations (also, she is a whiz at alternations-- unbelievable). Everyone at my wedding was in awe of my dress and I cannot thank the Bridal Galleria team enough for helping pull off the wedding day look of my dreams!

I will be requesting another stylist to help us as I was disappointed with the experience and service Haily provided. We were 30 mins late to the appointment, but when I called ahead, we were not told this would affect the length of our appointment. I do not understand why I filled out paperwork of information they already had, and nothing I wrote down about my wedding location, or fiance's name was even referenced in the appointment.

Had a fantastic experience with Laura -- she was so patient, kind, and sweet. The selection is great for a sample sale store, and you're free to peruse and try on dresses to your heart's content. The prices are an absolute steal for how gorgeous/high-end the dresses are. Will hopefully be back to pull the trigger on my favorite.

I got married in my dream dress thanks to GBridal Galleria, 2 Embarcadero Center. I walked in to browse, and left with a heavily discounted Romona Keveza classic in impeccable condition! The girls were extremely helpful, and the clip system worked well as a means to choose gowns to try on. I only wish that I had looked elsewhere for a veil, as the plain options were quite overpriced.

Had a really good experience here with Pascale & Grace, and ultimately bought my dream wedding dress here after trying out 70+ gowns in SF, going to almost all the boutiques around including Glamor Closet. Am taking my girlfriend who's getting married here as well, and hope to have another amazing experience.

I had a terrible experience today at this store. I am a size 8 in normal street wear dresses, however, when I went to try on dresses here they failed to notify me that they only carry model sizes. I was humiliated trying to squeeze into their dresses and ended up leaving my appointment early an absolute mess and ball of tears. It was a truly traumatic experience!

After traipsing around to all the usual bridal store suspects, and finding nothing that I liked or looked good on me, I knew it was time to up the ante.
A few people had told me about Galleria, with mixed remarks, they all claimed Kevin did amazing work, but some said he had made comments about their shape/style that weren't exactly flattering. I was very anxious about meeting with him yesterday.

Entering this shop with my Bride-to-Be buddy it was instantly apparent that we weren't in Kansas anymore. Kevin the designer cut straight to business inquiring what styles she was after and sketching out some potential ideas.
By the time the first dress was tried on it was apparent that Kevin does not simply design dresses for Brides, he designs couture . The only thing more impressive then the dresses themselves are his infallible understanding of what shapes work and what styles and attitudes are required to pull them off.
