I traveled from Belrose on 3 separate occasions to have 2copies of a key cut. Each time the key didn’t fit the lock. In the end the gentleman was going to grind the key down and said I could try it again. I said I didn’t want to have to travel back again just to get my money back. So he gave me my money back but not the adjusted keys.
Seeing I was there specially on 3 occasions I would have thought he would just give me the keys ($4.50 each). He refused to do that.
