Cold shower, dirty pillows and no wifi in the room that has a smart tv. Our room was in no way “luxury”. Victoria was present for a lovely check-in but it was downhill from there - our room had a shower but the water was only hot for one second before it went cold, this was very strange given the water from the sink was super hot. Also there were reddy brown stains on some of the pillows. The staff did not re-fill the milk or clean the coffee space when doing the daily thing. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Not value for money, stay elsewhere.

I'd recommended Victoria's at Wategos to a buddy. His partner did some research and there were some not so good reviews. This annoyed me because we recently stayed at Victoria's and it was wonderful. We were upgraded to the front room on level 2 with views down to Wategos. The room was absolutely beautiful. My partner and I had our surfboards in… the garage and we wandered down for an early surf every morning. On the way back, we stopped and chatted with Victoria over a coffee and danish from her little coffee truck. This COVID period is a challenge for tourism owners and we want support

This property has been reported to the Dept of Health as there were spider webs over the lamps, ants all through the room and balcony, dirty linen, and all night there were animals drawing over the roof. The candles were burned down, and the staff had no idea about anything local. Couldn't even give us a taxi number. VERY POOR CONDITIONS.THE ROOM WAS 700 PER NIGHT

We had our wedding at this breathtaking venue last week. We could not have wished for a more tranquil, beautiful location and not to mention the delicious 3 course meal and service by Victoria and her staff. We… stayed a night in the bridal suite which was peaceful and perfect. We will be back to visit. If you are thinking of having a wedding here don’t think twice just do it you won’t be disappointed it’s gorgeous!

After proposing to my partner on a hot air balloon flight with Byron Bay Ballooning (she said yes!) we visited Victoria's for a breakfast the morning of May 27th
The location and ambience is perfect and the food was divine, catering to us as vegetarian/vegan, and generally making our perfect morning even better. Complements to the young waitress… that served us, I hope her great work is well recognised
As a now special spot in our memories together we will definitely return one day, especially after looking at the spa rooms available through your website
