I was referred to eastern suburbs air by my neighbour to install a new Dakota ducted system and to replace the old Daikin. Great service with a great team. I highly recommend this company to whoever is looking for an AC installation. I am very satisfied with the communication, efficiency, quality and effectiveness.

Garry and his men were super friendly, efficient, cleaned up along the way and took all packing materials away with them.
Can 100% recommend them. Daikin unit installed to a tricky spot and cleaned and serviced my other unit. Would use them again if needed.

If I could give these guys a negative star rating I would. First thing that comes to mind. Rude and unfriendly. If you want to be barked at when phoning them - then go ahead. After coming round to look at my air con unit I was told I would get a quote to repair. It never arrived. So, I then sent a txt message requesting the quote. I didn't receive a reply. Then called a day later only to barked at on the phone again when I politely asked when I would be receiving a quote. I was TOLD in a very unfriendly manner it would be sent to me by 2pm via email. Honestly, I couldn't believe my luck when I called these guys on a 38 degree day 5 days before Christmas and they arrived within an hour to look at my air con. Wonderful customer service and communication which included sending an SMS 15 mins before they were due to arrive. Efficient, friendly and well priced. I would highly recommend Eastern Suburbs Air Conditioning...Thanks guys
