Made an appointment for him to come over on a Sunday afternoon to measure. Made us wait around on our Sunday afternoon but never came. Didn't answer calls or messages. In fact we are still waiting for a phone call or message to explain what happened. Wanted glass pool fencing installed on the South Coast which is a fair distance from Kingswood so would understand if he didn't want the job. However, was told he would travel to do the installation. Would rather he was up front and told us he didn't want the job rather than stringing us along.
