Dr Priti Bhanot is a very kind, thoughtful, considerate, lovely caring doctor with a heart of gold. A rare gem, she genuinely cares. She doesn't rush you through like a number, but instead takes her time to explain things and to answer any questions. Although there's often a fairly long wait, she is worth waiting for. She has an uncanny ability to make you feel better after seeing her with her calm reassuring demeanor, knowledge and professionalism. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're ok. Grateful. I have nothing but praise for ALL of the staff at Grand Medical Centre. I have been a patient for approximately three years and have the utmost respect for what the staff do on a daily basis to make sure we, the patients are looked after.
Kerri, the practice manager is very professional. I dont know what the other review is about as I find great friendship in Kerri. She always greets me upon first sight and cant help me enough. The reception staff are young people, probably studying so give them a little cudos. They do their best.
All up, I give this practice five stars. I wont go anywhere else

I have been going to this practice with my grandparent for 9 years and the doctors there are great and very caring and dedicated to their patients and up until a change of management the reception staff and practice manager were also great.

Based on my experience with this center, I would NOT recommend this center to anyone. Receptionist is not doing their job properly at all. They don’t care for their patients, wouldn’t even bother give them a call when bookings changed. Waste of people’s time. I won’t trust them at all.

It has been 10 years that I have been going to Grand Medical centre and have seen Dr Priti and Dr Chetan Bhanot. The kind of attention and patient care that I receive from them is exceptional and they always go an extra mile to support patient in need.. we have moved to various suburbs but still don't mind driving 20 kms to see Dr Priti as her diagnosis and treatment plan is unmatched.. All a patient needs is support and care when vulnerable and that's what I get from her. Based on my recent experience with Covid vaccine at this GP Clinic, I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Staff & management are highly unorganized. They do not have customer service mindset.
Also, I didn’t find the staff/management genuine. I would let you decide based on experience below.
My friend suggested this clinic for Covid vaccine. I booked first appointment on 6/7 and it went well. There were some minor hygiene and environment concerns. During my first visit, second shot’s appointment was booked for Tuesday 27/7 – exactly three weeks.
Appointment was confirmed on 24

I have attended a number of GP clinics in and around Forest Lake over the past many years but the services provided by Grand Medical Centre and its doctors (Dr Bhanot and Dr Bhanot) is truly impressive. They are friendly and caring and understand the patients needs and provide solutions accordingly. Its for this reason I continue to go to them even after I have moved out of the Forest Lake area.

Pathetic management of patients. My wife was given first vaccination dose and booked for next one but they didn’t even bother to inform her about the cancellation of second vaccination appointment nor did they reschedule her appointment. Even after multiple follow ups they have not been able to give her the second appointment before end of august. We would never go to this medical centre in future nor would suggest anyone else to go there. Totally unprofessional people.

They are the WORST and unresponsive. they made a booking for us for flu shots 4 weeks in advance, send us a text confirming our appointment the day before. But when we got there they told us they made normal apportionment for us instead of a flu shot one, and they ran out of flu shots yesterday.
