Professional photographers always try to make a good composition in a photo, beside the quality dropping of the photo in case of enlarging it, the outcome will be very basic work without any arranged composition.
About 40 percent of the photo will be just that Gray background, because that dirty seat handle has to be eliminated.
If I was in your shoes I would do apologies instead of justifying.
1- If you were not happy with rescheduling, why you accepted it.
2- I requested 4x6 through an online inquiry; but let you know that we need before session, and even after that.
