WOW - This florist shop in Applecross is a fantastic gem that I discovered today. Rebecca created an incredible arrangement of chocolates and flowers exactly to my request, including delivery on the same day. My friend absolutely loved her gorgeous flowers and chocolates. Completely disappointed! We paid a very high price for a bunch of flowers and some small gifts. The gifts were not as advertised and the flowers were about as special as the ones from the petrol station. Definitely not worth $160!! No communication about any of the alterations and no choice given to us as the customer. What a complete waste of money. If we had known what we would receive in place of what we paid for we would have taken our money elsewhere.

I was determined to get a beautiful arrangement and squeeze a bottle of bubbles in at an affordable price. After searching several Florists, I came across Stemsational a suburb over. After ordering, just over an hour later, the flowers and bubbles were delivered to my delighted sister in law, who needed and loved the surprise. A big tick from us. I will definately be using these guys and gals again.

The changes were only explained once we returned to ask why the order was nothing like what we ordered. They couldn't source the flowers that we purchased so they replaced them with very basic variety. They didn't let us know at all before doing so and we ended up paying a premium price for a very average bouquet/gift set. We understand that supply is limited due to current situation but at least give us a heads up about it so we can choose if we want the alternatives.

Visited Stemsational on Wednesday to organise an arrangement to be delivered for my mums birthday on Friday. Not only was the warm welcome as I entered the store an incredible feeling , but the service I got in making a choice for my mums flowers was really out of this world. To top it off, my mum was a very happy lady. Thank you for making her day with your quality work and my experience in choosing her birthday gift a breeze!
