On Wednesday June 9th, 2021 I started experiencing technical difficulties with my Dell laptop. I am currently working remotely from a base in Sydney. My company has offices in California and Shanghai. The IT gurus at my company tried their best but were unable to solve the problem.

Very impressed with Bat Tech service. I rang this morning and brought my laptop straight in. I couldn't get it to boot up despite trying online suggestions. Anthony fixed it the same day at a very reasonable price, helped me back it up and also replaced the camera lens which was cracked on my iPhone 11. Apple was going to charge me $679! I will definitely use this service again.

Highly recommend this computer repair firm. I wrecked my lap top (liquid spill over keyboard) and needed to rescue my data from the hard drive. Antony was most helpful on the phone, providing a quote and time frame for undertaking the data recovery. I dropped off the laptop at their offices and Antony rang me about 2 hours later to advise the recovery was successful and I could pop round to pick up the data.
