We can check the title and the plans of the property on your behalf to confirm the owner, if the property is subject to a mortgage and are there any caveats, easements or covenants applicable to the title and the implications.

Got the job done in the end, but would not recommend the service.
Very little communication / updates on anything without prompting, very last minute with all actions. Amongst other issues, we had a specific request that they were solely responsible for (that they knew about from day 1) that I chased repeatedly and then got left until the day before cooling off ended to be actioned, meaning the whole thing wasn't sorted until literally the end of day, on the day it was due.
Overall we felt it was an unnecessarily stressful experience, so if you're a first home buyer and want to feel really informed

We have dealt with Jacinta for over 17 years and we have never been happier. Do not use this firm!
We unfortunately used JLM when purchasing our first home, we had explained to Jacinta when we met that as first home buyers we would need to have this process oversimplified as we had zero idea on the proceedings. Unfortunately our request was ignored. The lack of communication from the team at JLM was horrendous, with emails & phone calls were left unanswered throughout the process (still to this day).
The added stress from using JLM has tarnished our overall experience. I would not recommend this firm.
