The guy in store is an absolute champion. Don't bother shopping around like I did, just go here - been in a few times and the service has been outstanding. Prices are good and the equipment is excellent.

I went in to get larger plates and he had none in stock and grabbed my number and promptly rang me back which impressed me so I end up spending heaps of money there. I end up becoming really busy and by the time I end up using the kit I realized a bar was too big. I came in to see him thinking I was going to be stuck with the bar and out of pocket the whole amount as it was a little over the standard return time. He said no I remember you spent heaps here no problem swapped for the right bar a little cheaper but I expected a loss and found the transaction to be fair. Really friendly staff, excellent

This small shop has a huge range! I bought some hex dumbbells Bodyworx brand and while they are not the cheapest on the market the quality is much better than the other ones I’ve seen at competitors stores. Friendly staff was a bonus.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Owner was extremely help and knowledgable and was able to help with all our questions. The free delivery and set up was the cherry on the top to make this one of the best shopping experiences ever!!!

I bought a rowing machine from this business and the staff were so helpful and friendly they even dropped it off at my home, set it up and ran through all the settings and programs.
Would definitely highly recommend this business and their quality products. ^.^

I was totally Gen Y and did all my communication via email 😂 I managed to discuss a 3 month hire of a cross trainer, pay online and have it delivered the next morning! Brilliant customer service. Family owned and run. Can't fault the process at all. Highly recommend!

Hi, I just want to say how AMAZING the staff in particular the the owners of this business truly are. They were so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. I have purchased 3 products from this business since April this year, I purchased a rower, bike and recently an inverter. The owner personally delivers the products, puts it together for you and then gives you a tutorial on how to best use the product. It's such a breath of fresh air to see businesses provide such outstanding service. I highly recommend wholeheartedly this business if you truly want great service and great products.
