Buyer beware - this is a company where you as the customer are expected to be an expert in blind construction. In returning an incorrectly fitted blind by post I was advised the item had arrived damaged (despite bubble wrapping) & I was accused of doing the damage myself...avoid this company at all cost!

10/10 to Image Blinds and the service they have provided. Thanks to Donna who has a fabulous eye for interior design and knew exactly what would look good. Thanks to Justin and Trent who installed everything and made sure it was right. And thanks to the office staff I have dealt who have been so courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they even accommodated a Saturday appointment to quote. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I would never use Image Blinds again and can only recommend you don't either.
They demand 50% payment upfront, fair enough. Then want full payment before booking your installation.
Salesperson never indicated such at time of ordering (though yes it's in the fine print). I offered to pay on day of install but they were rude and demanding in relation to full payment or forget it.
I reluctantly paid in full, but guess what they sent me an email when I enquired how my install booking was going to pay in full. I already had!!
I did a week ago I replied and quoted the Invoice Number and my name with

My partner and I both took time off work for a measure and quote that we booked at 11:30-12:30 and chased Image Blinds three times in an hour only to be told they would be there 12:30, then 12:45 when they were ‘5 minutes away’. We decided not to waste any more time and left after 20 minutes more of waiting. Throughout this time I was not offered any prior warning that they would be late or explanation by the company. A bit after 1pm I was called three times that they had finally arrived, who provided excuses and wanted to rebook. This is disgusting and absolutely
