I had blinds installed and was all fine, within a few weeks they lifted about 40mm. Blinds were replaced, second set also lifted, they came back, replaced the beading edge, was advised that they would contact us in March 2021, covid hit, so we waited and made contact again, this time asking for a price to replace with ziptrak. Got a ridiculous price and have asked for them to fix existing , cant come to even look for 2 months. Written to them no response. Not great

What an outstanding company from sales to install. Mel in the office also does a tremendous job! I had a tricky install enclosing an outdoor area. The outdoor blind company made the process all very simple and the finished product looks great. After sales service was also great!. I had received a couple of quotes before going ahead and these guys where chosen as it was all so hassle free. Communication was great and they arrived when they said they would. Thank you!

From the first phone call to the Outdoor Blind company, they sent someone out to measure and quote within a few days. Ben was fantastic and gave us great advice. We were so happy with the quote we went ahead straight away. Rob came and remeasured with great care to make sure everything was perfect. Then within 8 days the installers came and very professionally installed the blinds and they were very friendly. Even when we called up to pay the balance Mel in the office was so lovely. These guys were brilliant. No fuss like the other companies, just got the job done really well, communication between quote to the execution of the job was seamless. They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. These guys were recommended to me by a happy customer and I’d recommend them anyday. They don’t seem owned by a large, data collecting sales organisation, and don’t outsource work to contractors. The team are all employed by that company, and they get the job done well first time!
