It is with great regret that this year 2019 I have to cease using Accounting & Tax Solutions due to several errors over the year in relation to 2017-18 notice of assessment resulting in financial hardship. If the several errors had been picked up when the tax return was lodged like they should, it would be OK. But even as late as this month July 2019 I receive more surprises and another several thousand that was missed as a result of ill health retirement earnings. Out of work most of the year we really didn't need this incompetence from a professional service. I try to support local where possible
