The owner is rude, condescending & abusive towards vulnerable persons.
Absolutely horrible towards a lovely disabled lady, for travelling past her shop, on a mobility scooter.
The owner not only publicly bullied a person with disabilities, but refused to apologise.
I urge anyone with a shred of decency, to avoid this place entirely.

Owner of this shop is an horrible abusive woman.
She Verbally attacked and aggressively followed a handicapped woman shouting at her for riding a mobility scooter in front of her shop.
She doesn’t deserve to be in business when she would treat such a vulnerable part of society so disgracefully.
Plus, her flowers are pitiful and her arrangements outdated. Especially her wedding arrangements…so 5 years ago.

Got our wedding flowers from this place. My wedding bouquet and other floral arrangements for the wedding cake and the venue were absolutely stunning! The flowers were fresh and beautifully assembled. Arnie was also an absolute pleasure to deal with during the whole process, kind, patient and very helpful! I would absolutely recommend this shop to all those considering wedding flowers! Thank you Arnie!

The most beautiful florist with incredible customer service. The owner made the extra effort to call and confirm my order and graciously offered alternative options for picking up my order when I was running late, which was so appreciated. And of course, the arrangement was stunning — my go-to florist in the Macedon Ranges.
