Spoke to both Ray and James who were both amazingly friendly and welcoming.
My Ute has done a few kms since I bought it so I’m always a bit on edge with mechanics on what they’re going to claim is wrong..
But speaking with James after I took minute in, he gave me an honest run down, mentioned a few things we should fix down the track but everything should be good to go for now.
My partner also took her car to Torque 12 months prior, and after taking her car to a couple of other mechanics who claimed she had multiple things that needed fixing…

Now my only go to mechanic, Ray and James are the only guys I now trust with my cars, they have always been open, honest and straight forward about what needs doing.
They found that my previous mechanic had never done a rear alignment even though I was billed for one, this resulted in diff problems in my Subaru.
I would happily recommend these guys every day of the week.

A rip off shop. I had a tyre punture a just a months ago and they charges me $20.00 and again when i bring my car for another punture the charge was $35.00 and on arguing that how can they justify this price an increase of 75% within a month they had no answer and on the top their excause was it was never been this price. Well luckly i had old invoice in my glove box and present to them but still they had no argument how they can justify and told a lie to their customers. Absolutely shameless and rip off service how people can trust you my friend - service manager?
