Would agree with recent reviewer sep - not the cheapest and Michael is a very forgetful person. My wife's solicitors contacted him today and he said he knew nothing about the matter. This is despite only dropping the paperwork a few days earlier. When I contacted him for a please explain he said he was busy with another matter at the time the solicitor called and couldn't locate my paperwork. He said he would call me back when he found the paperwork. Still waiting for call back. This matter could not have been simpler. Michael from Cheapest Conveyancing Company oversaw the transfer of our second property transaction.
We decided to go with a different conveyancing company for our second purchase as Michael’s fees were significantly cheaper than our first purchase. Not that there was anything with our previous conveyancer, it was simply a cost. As per our first transaction, we wanted to ensure that our conveyancer was also a solicitor in the event that there were any tricky legal issues that arose.
