From Daniel's quotation, Nathan's coordination to Sunny and Raj's great work! They put plastic wraps along safety rails just to avoid any sprays to neighbour's house, neighbour highly appreciated it! Especially thanks for Dave's work, front valley in my house had designed issue causing leaking, Dave spent a day to re-do it, kept coming back to check any further leaks after roof washing and heavy rain.

They were fantastic to deal with. Job started a couple of days after contacting them. Job completed with clean up and rubbish removed within three days. Many thanks to the young man Micheal who went the extra yards to complete the job and clean up. He deserves a pay rise.

This week we had our roof cleaned, re sealed and painted after nearly 30 years in our home.
RMS would have to be one of the most professional businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From our initial consultation/ inspection, with Daniel, we new that RMS was the company for us. Their personalised treatment of us as"people" made us feel comfortable right from the get go.

I was referred by my dentist.
Robert (sales rep) arrived early on our initial appointment. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took few photos of my roof tiles and presented to us, so I am aware of the situation and knowing what I'll be expecting.
He quoted us a very reasonable price and provided a thorough presentation.
We purposely booked during Spring time, so it's less raining, and the weather is better.
The boys were polite, and on time. Overall it took about 5-6 days to complete the job.
Very detailed pressure cleaning, and spray. Even helped us to remove the broken tiles

Rick and the boys did a fantastic job of our roof. (Clean and repointing) It was obvious they took great care in their workmanship and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Boys at roof makeover have done a fantastic job , no complaints on any aspect of their work , hi pressure clean roof, re-bed and re-point , sealer applied, then 2 coats prem resin applied , of roof all washed down after cleaning and blown down before any paint or sealer applied , this is very important to get a top finish , gutters cleaned , any broken or cracked tiles replaced , spare tiles painted and left for spares , no mess left anywhere , neighbours drive way cleaned even though no mess [ just in case] each and every 1 of their employees were courteous, easy to talk to , Dave trade supervisor
