Wow!! Amazing service today. Arrived quickly. Sorted out a complex problem. The technician had to get onto our side fence and get onto the roof to climb through the bathroom window. He was awesome. Fixed the problem, went back to his base to get some additional parts. Cleaned up after himself. I felt the charge was very reasonable for the work he did. Very highly recommended

Superb. Needed someone after hours to remove a snapped key tip deep from a lock. Joel explained the job, came when he said he would and got it out in a few minutes. As we had recently moved in he also made some spare copies of keys for us, cheaper and superior to copies already made elsewhere that were not working properly. This company will be my automatic choice in future.

Contacted Inner West chasing a replacement key for my Piaggio scooter. Guy I bought the scooter from only supplied the one key and on trying to get a second copy find I could be up for over $1,500 for a new ECU and two new keys. There was nobody in Queensland that could cut and copy the chip in my key so opted to send to Inner West.
The guys at Inner West were able to copy the key and return to me on the same day, at a price that I was very happy to pay. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Matt and Ben from Inner West Locksmith. I have a 2012 Suzuki GSXR600 and needed a spare key cut and coded. I was given the spare blank key by a friend, but neither of us were sure it had a transponder. I took it to Procycles in Hornsby as they were a official Suzuki dealership. Believed they had the tools and skills to do the job, which I believe should have been simple. Came back an hour later to find out my OEM key wouldn't work anymore as my ECU is now "FRIED" and they blamed in on the "dodgy blank key".
