Services
South East Coast Conveyancing is a full service conveyancing firm in Batemans Bay CBD, NSW. We have all major banks with branches locally. This makes for easy collection of cheques and attending settlements locally (where banks are involved). Our Bankers are Westpac Batemans Bay, and we operate our trust account with Westpac.
In 2001, South East Coast Conveyancing was established as the conveyancing arm of a successful firm of solicitors in Batemans Bay, New South Wales, with Gayle Ferrier and Cheryl Thompson (at that time known as Cheryl Batchelor) as Licensed Property Conveyancers. South East Coast Conveyancing continues today as a "dedicated conveyancing only" business, in its seventh independent year and going strong.
Gayle started her legal career in 1986 as the office junior with Ennis Smith & Bradbury in Batemans Bay. Gayle obtained thorough practical on the job training in conveyancing with that firm until 1995. Gayle left the local area for a couple of years before returning to full time employment with that firm in 1997.
