Founded in 1971 by Trevor Clement, Clement Marine Services humble start began with dive works maintaining harbour swimming pools carried out by Trevor and his father, before moving on to the construction of foundations for the Western Distributor around Darling Harbour. Mark Steele purchased Clement Marine Services in 1988 with a small barge and a workboat.
Mark, originating from a carpentry background, learnt the trade from his peers over the years preceding the purchase of the company through subcontracting. One of the larger projects that Mark was employed on was the Pier 26 development in Darling Harbour, completed as part of the Darling Harbour redevelopment in 1987.

Great people to work with, value for money, very professional, and when an issue arose due to a supplier's problem, they could step up to the plate and assist with finding a suitable replacement, would recommend them in a heartbeat.
I have worked with them on more than a few occasions. I can say the people they employ are professionals, and the management team makes anyone working with them welcome.
