Really happy with the custom gate we had designed, manufactured and installed by Craftsman Fencing. Dan worked with us right from the start to understand what we were wanting to achieve through to selecting the most appropriate colour and design to match what we already had in our backyard. Not very happy with this company paid a small fortune for a six slat front garden fence it started to discolour and fade in some areas so I contacted them about it they would not come to my home to view the… fence they told me to take pictures of it I did this they said they sent the pictures of to the supplier of the fence and the supplier said we must have cleaned it with chemicals all this was concluded without one single person having a look at the fence I told them we had never used any chemicals to clean the fence nothing has been resolved they don't care I would advise everyone to
