Services
We prepare your Will to your specifications, attend your home to explain it to you and witness you signing it. We visit all suburbs in the Perth Metropolitan region, and offer after hours appointments if necessary. Nominate multiple beneficiaries and make gifts of money and assets in equal and unequal shares.
We prepare your probate application and email it to you with instructions on how to execute and file it with the Supreme Court of WA. Our fees are paid by the estate. We prepare your probate application and meet with you to execute it. We then file it for you with the Supreme Court of WA. We provide you with a detailed written advice on the tasks you will need to complete as executor in order to administer the estate from start to finish.
