From the start the team at Varoujan Jewellers were fantastic. We started by browsing months before our engagement. We never once felt pressure but immediately realised the superior quality of their jewellery. The day of purchase was an absolutely fantastic experience. Catherine worked with me to get exactly what my soon to be wife wanted! After the proposal we inevitably needed the ring resized and the team gave great advice and a quick turnaround. Varouj helped my fiancé choose the most beautiful diamond (and even set it in a temporary setting so my fiancé could propose immediately, with a beautiful ring!) and then when we returned he crafted the most perfect setting! The whole thing was absolutely amazing and I really could never have dreamed of such a delightful experience. He was so thoughtful and helpful about the style of the setting & metal to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and what suited my hand. He even did it all so quickly as he knew I was an impatient and excited bride! I can’t wait to return in a couple of weeks

I had been diamond shopping for almost 3 months before finding Varoujan Jewelers, I had visited most of the top brand Jewelers in the city. I was running out of time to get a very nice engagement ring before our trip to Lord Howe Island as I was planning to propose during this trip. I am so thankful that I found Varoujan Jewellers after hassling with many larger chain stores in my quest for the perfect wedding bands and wedding jewelry.
