Currently have an order with this company. I have paid a deposit and have a time frame for measurement and installation. Did not receive confirmation of deposit or order after deposit paid. had to ring and email to get this. I have again emailed to confirm date for measurement and installation. I have had no response. So I have called. Also no response. This is bad communication.

Would happily recommend Viewline Blinds to all my family and friends. Ros and team kept us updated on progress, helped with product selection and were very reasonable priced. The installation guys were also very respectful and mindful, this was particularly appreciated with a baby due for his nap during installation.
