My Floor were engaged by a contractor as part of an insurance claim to remove an existing surface, level the concrete and apply epoxy.
They continually failed to show up when they said they would.
The grinding of the old surface was supposed to leave it smooth but there notches and swirl marks in the concrete all over the floor.
They then took a short cut and mixed the primer with the epoxy to apply it in one coat. The result was disgraceful, even other tradesmen were commenting on the poor quality.
They failed to use drop sheets or protect the existing structure from epoxy which resulted in

The MY Floors lads recently completed about 50 square metres of concrete mechanical floor polishing at my home in Newmarket. It was a very challenging job as it had to marry up with a floor they had done 6 years previously. It took about a week but the result is first class and durable forever. They kept going until my wife and I were totally satisfied with the finish. I would recommend My Floor to anyone who wants the real deal floor finish.

My floor did our down stairs polished concrete to our newly renovated house in Brisbane recently. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and well spoken. We had 2 young blokes on site that worked tirelessly to get the job done. We had originally opted for a grind and seal then decided on a Hiperfloor semi gloss finish. Matt and his team had no problem with the change and were very accommodating. The floor is stunning and I am so happy we decided on this.
