Alex and Karen and the guys who loaded and unloaded the containers . Everything went smoothly and all of our belongings in tact .

I have to say the 5 blokes that rocked up are hands down the most professional removalists I've dealt with. I have moved 7 times in 11 years, and this has to be the best, most efficient, and professional move I have ever had.
I know some reviews are bad, but clearly their practices have stepped up significantly since that time, hands down would use them again and again if I needed to.

We needed to move our house at short notice, I contacted Dawson Moving as was referred by a friend of ours, and from the first contact right through to the furniture being delivered on time, nothing at any stage was a problem for the crew.
They supplied me with packing materials and took away the stress of moving completely.
Thanks to all the crew and office staff for a very smooth move.

Avoid this company: they are incompetent and have the worst customer service ever, and their removalists are lazy, unprofessional and show very little care for your possessions. I had the misfortune of having this company deliver my house full of furniture and effects from an interstate move to Ipswich. They showed up half an hour late: I had to be at the house to have it open for them at 6am and they didn't show up til after 6:30, with no apology and no courtesy phone call to advise of their lateness either. We had used others in the past and they gave an average move, you know, a bit slow, taking breaks, smoking and wearing, but not Dawsons. Darius took the time to get an accurate quote and time that suited us. They arrived at 7am ready to box up our kitchen and paintings, they had their own truck and covers. Towards 1pm they had a break we shouted them lunch of which they were very surprised and thankful for. Will definitely use again.
