Because we understand it can be confusing to organise removals and storage insurance yourself, our qualified estimators can directly organise your insurance without you needing to go through a third party broker or insurance agent.This is because we're an accredited AFRA insurance provider. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
They arrived 2.5 hours late, which made the entire move traumatic and a disaster!. Moved a few of my boxes to my ex husband's house instead of mine. They wanted $2000 insurance, so I did not take any. I could not claim for the lost goods. They refused to return my calls. It was horrendous!

This company is a disaster. Instead of sending an invoice/electronic form to keep up with the times, I was requested to provide my card details for a deposit over the phone. I proceeded to give my card details however the administration made a clerical error and keyed in the wrong details, resulting in my booking to be cancelled after I was sent a booking confirmation. It wasn’t until a full day later that I was told the next booing date is a WEEK later and they couldn’t do anything about it. Instead of the admin accepting that it was a clerical error the feedback I received over the phone

Extremely upset with the service we have paid for. I am not usually one to complain or write a review but when you pay for a removal company to move your most prized processions across the state you expect you items to be delivered in one piece. We also paid for insurance as a worst case scenario which turns out is pointless. We have called the company asking for compensation for the damaged items and they refuse to take responsibility or compensate us. They won't even refund us the amount of money we paid for this insurance.
