My first colour experience with them was getting foils. I had asked for a half head foils, which I expected to be a few scattered foils, but wound up looking almost completely blonde. I did like the look but it wasn't what I had asked for.
More recently I wanted my foils dyed blue temporarily, and they assured me that the blue would probably wash out in about a month, and if not to come back when I needed

Lovely staff, very attentive and informative. Fixed my blonde hair after a bad experience with many different salons. I loved my scalp massage! Yes they actually take the time to massage your scalp properly unlike other salons that give you a 20 second massage. Really happy with my over all experience. The hair dresser I had was very professional and lovely to deal with.

I went from long hair to shoulder length hair and was definitely apprehensive to be going so short. I am in love with the cut, length and colour. The service and care taken by the girls at Zigbis was wonderful and I enjoyed the whole experience. Couldn't be happier overall.
