North Shore Aluminium specialize in the manufacturing and installation of high quality custom Steel Security Screen Doors in Sydney, window grilles and gates. All our steel products are fully welded, hot dipped galvanised and then oven baked powder coated. Our doors are installed within it's own steel frame maximizing security but still allows the door to be removable from the frame only in the fully open position.
Colonial Castings have been making the highest quality aluminium safety screen panels which we use to make our elegant, decorative safety doors. As all door inserts are gravity die cast, rust will never be a problem. The hinged doors come with powder-coated heavy duty steel hinges, while our sliding doors come with adjustable top and bottom rollers.
North Shore Aluminium is proud to announce that we are the leading company for the manufacturing and installation of flyscreens. All of our fly screens are made from either powder coated or anodized heavy duty extruded frame and are fitted with a choice of either fiberglass, aluminium or stainless steel mesh.

Just had some flyscreens installed in our new home. Pretty happy with how they look and with the quality! Overall quite pleased with the service we were provided. There was some confusion over the costs and they were quick to respond and refunded the difference when I called them. They really do seem to care about the customer and the service rather than simply making money. Would reccomend!

We engaged North Shore Aluminium to do 29 flyscreens for our home. They were prompt with their response and their quote. Once we placed our order they gave us an estimated time of delivery and they were most efficient with their service .They came and installed on the day they said and they did it in an outstanding manner. The premium quality of their product and our satisfaction is of the highest level. We could not recommend them more highly.

We visited their showroom at Gladesville to check out the options available at lunch time on a Saturday. We met Eddie there and he answered all our questions. Amazingly, he then came to our place that same afternoon to measure and quote. The fly screens and balcony door were then installed by the following Tuesday (a turnaround of only three days)! We were so happy with the quick and efficient service.
