If you have purchased your TIO insurance policy through a broker please call your broker to discuss your policy. TIO recognises that we are all likely to experience vulnerability at some point in our lives. This vulnerability may result from life events, such as an illness, natural disaster, family violence or loss of income.
Pay by the national bill pay scheme BPAY. Contact your participating financial institution to make a payment from your cheque or savings account. You can find the relevant Biller Code on the payment page of your policy documentation or call us on 131 846 for assistance. You can pay your insurance over the phone 24 hours a day.
Environmentally friendly: Help reduce the impact of papermaking and printing on the environment. Due to regulatory requirements, some information, documents and notices regarding your insurance will still need to be sent by post. This will not affect your choice to receive other documents via email.
