I booked in over the phone, but sadly on arrival I was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude. All I wanted was to pick up our keys so we didn’t have to do it late at night. I ended up going some where else. They lost 4 rooms in total

These guys will go out and beyond to make you feel comfortable

My stay was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and was able to phone in orders for tea when running late.the rooms are very comfortable and clean. With tv fridge spa and comfortable bed.

What a wonderful experience it was staying at the Best Western Tuscany On Tor Motor Inn. We were warmly welcomed and then graciously upgraded to a spa room. Our room was clean, comfortable and presentable with all amenities we required. We will definitely plan a return visit.

Marco & Kira have a very comfortable and welcoming Motel. The meals are tasty and affordable and delivered fresh and hot to your room. Won’t consider elsewhere when staying in Toowoomba in future.

Great room. Lots of space. Friendly people. When we pulled up here we were expecting a standard hotel room. I was surprised and impressed at getting my own bedroom, lounge, kitchen, dining table and a nice big fridge. Everything we need is in walking distance. Very happy with this motel.

My wife and I stayed overnight travelling home to NQ. We were towing a trailer with my Harley on it so I was keen to have it close to our room. The reception lady was excellent letting me disconnect my trailer and use two car parks right outside our room. The carpark is covered also. Our room was excellent And very clean. Our bed was comfy. We did not eat at the hotel as it was a Friday and their restaurant is not open Friday. Overall an excellent overnight stay. Check in and checkout was via a barcode, simple and quick. Will definitely stay again.
