The primary aim of Remedial Massage is to find and treat the cause of a disorder (usually pain) in the muscles, fascia (connective tissue), ligaments and tendons of the body. This is done through asking questions and may include physical assessment to help identify any problems. Most treatments will start with a Therapeutic Massage to warm the muscles and allow you to become comfortable with touch.
Bowen Therapy can be an effective form of treatment for specific complaints such as neck, back or shoulder pain, headaches, muscle soreness, or pregnancy pain and can also be used for stress management and relaxation. Also known as Bowen Massage, it is a "hand on, hands off" treatment, using thumbs or fingers on certain points around the body to make a rolling type move over the soft tissue.

I've paid all my fees, including the court processing fees, to this company. I was told that as soon as they file to the court (which was a day after they would receive my payments) they will update me regularly. This has been since mid Aug 2021. I have left several voice mails and sent emails with no response. It's funny how when I started the process they were so responsive and would answer the phone right away, and after they received all their money NO MORE ANSWERES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. GO FILE YOURSELF, IT'S FASTER AND EASIER

I figured this service would make things easier when times were not well. I purchased the platinum package in January of this year, and it's been abysmal. It took so long to receive the initial papers to print off and sign that one address on the pdf file was wrong as my ex had moved. I was able to contact someone there afterwards to notify them of the change and request the fix be made so I can get the papers signed. Waited almost a year and I'm still not divorced! They lost my original marriage certificate, and when I'd ask for status updates on my file, they'd ask me to give them the tracking number of the mail I sent them and wouldn't look for it until I could find the tracking number. Worst of all, though, is they don't respond for weeks, if at all. I emailed them in May about the status of my divorce...it's September now. :(

I purchased their services 3 months ago. I gave them my personal info and they charged me $1300 before any work had been done. Then they disappeared and I have not heard from them since. I have sent many emails asking for confirmation they have received my info and that they are working on my papers and they are completely unresponsive. Then I sent emails asking them to cancel and I did not receive a response to those either. They kept using wrong details and information even after I had sent them the information they had requested from me countless times. This made the whole process so much more difficult and confusing. They kept processing the wrong details, wrong divorce dates etc. I sent several emails voicing my concerns before they made the changes. It is also really really difficult getting a hold of them by email and there is no way to contact them over the phone because it goes to an endless waiting list. If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been waiting 18 months for some sort of advancement in a divorce and all that’s happened is them calling for more money. I can’t call in as the mailbox is always full, I can’t text in as I never get replies, I can’t email in because no one answers, and I can’t fax in because it goes to a lost void. Don’t fall for it!! Pay extra money to get it done at a proper company!!

My mate started the process and e-mailed me documents as attachments. The instructions were not 100% clear, and I couldn't open one document. Telephoned Untie the Knot numerous times and waited an hour each time for a person to answer. Finally e-mailed my inquiry and was informed that the fee had been paid, the documents delivered, and that was that. My e-mail inquiry was forwarded to my spouse without my permission. It was tricky but I was finally able to download the problematical document. One other document was incorrect and another employee did fix that via e-mail. The service is less expensive

I received the first batch of my divorce documents from untietheknot.ca more than a year ago and It took several emails but I do have errors revised. Bad timing, Covid hit and I did not go to the courthouse for a few months after that because I isolated as we were all supposed to do. Upon making my way to the courthouse and paying the fee, then having my ex served and paying for the stamping of documents, I went back to the courthouse again to actually file and they found several errors that had been made so it was rejected. The service received has been very slow, their response to questions has never been less than 72 hours, it has been almost two months now and paperwork has yet to be completed, and I am being told it will be another 3 weeks. three months to put paper work together is crazy.

Well it has been now six month, I still have no divorce. and Untie the Knot Divorce Service does not and will not respond to any requests. Now i have to see a lawyer to get my money back and file a complaint with the BBB
