I’ve been attending Adjust for almost 5yrs now for a shoulder injury (as well as other injuries along the way) and cannot recommend Michael and the team enough! Michael has been awesome, treating my injury prior to surgery, managing and rehabilitating my injury after surgery and very supporting throughout the whole process, he and the team are absolute legends!

As a serious distance runner , its important for me to work with someone that cares and knows my needs... thats exactly what I have found in Ryan during our regular sessions for the last 6 months . His knowledge, explanation and advice during our remedial massage sessions are the best in the industry. He uses a variety of techniques inc massage and needling to keep me in tip top shape for every event thrown at me. I’ve been seeing Michael at Adjust since March last year after breaking my arm while benching in training. Amazing physio and can’t recommend him enough! He had me back into training very quick using his rehab and strength programming, and I came back stronger after the injury competing in a powerlifting competition less than 9 months post surgery.

Adjust is a ‘one stop shop’ where most ailments can be treated - From physio or podiatry, remedial massage and more. Client details and notes are kept on their database so time is not wasted sharing what has been happening in regards to previous treatment. All staff are warm and friendly.

Absolutely A+ service from Adjust. I have been getting monthly massages for tightness and all i can say is WOW! I honestly don't know what I would do without it.
