If anyone out there is looking for first class treatment and customer service look no further. Bayside Body and Spa is the best there is. Special mention to Jessica who looked after me following my recent back surgery. I was in a fair bit of pain, particularly in my legs but after a few treatments of Jess working her magic, the pain disappeared. Can’t thank Jess and Bayside enough. I’ll be back.

This place is a small piece of heaven, always walk out de-stressed. Rochelle and her staff are skilled, friendly and helpful, they are all very knowledgeable and really care about their clients - my skin feels amazing - thank you Jess, and Bree - you are a master in massage, have helped me overcome my bursitis which months of chiro didn’t.
