There are two basic parts to the type of therapy Daniel utilises. First, you do the learning about the problem, self, your outlook and ask the important questions and second, you chase after what you want, need and or is missing in your life.

Daniel is a clinical psychologist with ten years experience in the mental health industry. During this time Daniel has worked with people from varying social economic and cultural backgrounds.

Daniel's previous work experience includes, a stint in brain injury rehabilitation, a prison, drug and alcohol addiction agencies, child and adolescent based organisations, high schools, an anger management centre as well as spending the last three years in private practice.
Depression and anxiety are the most common of all mental health issues. Many people are currently either depressed and or anxious however are just not aware of what they are feeling or going through. Depression is much more than just low mood or lack of motivation. It's a much more serious condition and illness.
Everybody occasionally gets angry. Most people understand how to control their anger so they won't verbally or physically hurt someone when they're upset. However not everyone knows how to manage anger effectively and therefore are prone to an outburst. Some people never learn to control their anger and it surfaces again and again, often in very untimely and inappropriate places.
Depressants slow down the activity of the brain and nervous system, slowing down the communication between the two components therefore you feel less. Hallucinogens interfere with the brain and central nervous system in a way that results in radical distortions of a user's perception of reality. Profound images, sounds and sensations will be experienced, however they do not actually exist.
Getting your relationship right is arguably the most important thing you will ever do in life. Relationships can be extremely frustrating when distant, disconnected or when you and your partner are not on the same page. At some point in a relationship, couples will experience periods of conflict, mistrust, anger or communication breakdown.
