Services
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a non-manipulative, non-invasive, gentle and powerful whole body therapy. The client lies or sits fully clothed on a therapy table. With a light touch the practitioner places their hands on the head, spine, feet, sacrum, or possibly other areas of the body. The practitioner creates a still, safe space and 'listens' via the hands as the client's body tells its story.
The benefits of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy are vast. Among other things it down regulates the body's nervous system which frees up resources and has the affect of both changing a person's condition and also strengthening the body's constitutional health. Clients often experience more resilience, energy, calmness and mental clarity.
When you arrive for a treatment the therapist will take some notes about why you are seeking treatment, medical and background history, and a general discussion about how you are feeling. You will then lie on the treatment table fully clothed, or sit in a chair if lying isn't comfortable, but will be asked to remove shoes and belts and anything else that might be restrictive.
Remedial Massage is aimed at correcting soft tissue injury and dysfunction. Soft tissue is made up of muscle tissue, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Many things can contribute to dysfunction including overuse, poor posture, sporting injuries, motor vehicle injuries or just plain stress. The aim of the therapy is to reduce pain and restore function where injury has resulted in loss of function.
The Healthmarque PZ Orthotics are designed to stimulate various muscles in the foot that connect to five muscle chains in the body for postural control. We use Kinesiology muscle tests to determine which plantar muscles are weak. The PZ Orthotic is a thin combination of rubber and synthetic suede containing pockets that are filled with Poron rubber designed to stimulate but not support the selected plantar muscles.

No more migraines ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š.
I got far more than I hoped for, from Michelleโ€™s treatments. I was incredibly relieved to find a successful treatment for a months long debilitating migraine. I've been migraine free for 10 months now and it feels to me these treatments have actually diminished, possibly even reversed my potential to develop migraines. An outcome far exceeding what I thought possible.

It's an enriching and powerful journey to work with Michelle, in a safe environment. Michelleโ€™s wisdom and non-intrusive Craniosacral technique helped me develop and maintain holistic health and well being. This began with coming to understand and trust the bodyโ€™s natural ability to heal itself. Thanks Michelle.

15 years of pain no more
I had a bad fall 15 years ago and ever since my arms go dead at night and swell. I have had everything from physio, remedial, accupuncture and nothing helped.
I decided to give craniosacral therapy a go and after 1 session I slept through the night with no dead arms and the best week of sleep I have had in years.
I am standing taller with no pain.
I highly recommend going and seeing Michelle for a session.

Michelle has not only provided exceptional sessions which have helped me shift through both emotional and physical pain, she has also supported me in building my Craniosacral practice. Her wise guidance is always spot on. Thank you Michelle

I received a gift certificate to Michelle 3-4 years ago and have been going to her ever since. She has been a great help with tight, sore shoulder and neck muscles and backaches. After my last visit my backache has left altogether. I would highly recommend her.

I am a retired Police officer diagnosed with PTSD and Depression and have been to quite a few massage therapists over the years.
I'm so glad to have found Michelle who I have been seeing for over a year, she is a tender, kind hearted woman who has shown great empathy for me.
I have a split session of massage and cranial therapy and leave the session feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Michelle also always has a kind ear and can tune in on specific remedial needs as required.
I have recommended Michelle to many of my friends and would recommend her to anyone looking for high quality therapy especially
