Call Sydney Chiropractor Dr Hossain Tefaili and A Family Chiropractor team serving St Marys, and Sydney NSW If you're experiencing back pain and neck pain, making it go away is our goal. Back pain and neck pain come when we've reached a limit, so getting an appointment is extremely important. Back pain, rightly or wrongly is sometimes referred to as general back pain, sciatica, lower back pain, lumbago and disc bulge.
There are a number of conditions that can result from playing sports. A variety of muscles, joints and ligaments are used when involved in active play, all of which can be affected by strain from overuse, trauma, or not being properly warmed and cooled down.
Sports injuries are generally in the form of soft tissue injuries, which refers to any damage to the soft tissues of the body, such as ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves, joints and connective tissue. The Chiropractors at A Family Chiropractor specialise in the non-drug treatment of musculoskeletal problems, including joint sprains and disk injuries.

A whiplash neck sprain occurs when your head is suddenly jolted backwards and forwards in a whip-like movement usually caused in motor car accidents known as a "rear-ender". These movements generate considerable force, typically causing the neck to move far beyond the normal range of movement and causes damage to the delicate supporting structures of the neck.
Painful shoulder conditions that limit movement are very common, and are caused by injuries affecting the shoulder joint, muscles, tendons, ligaments and cartilage. As the shoulder has a high degree of flexibility, it is therefore less stable and more prone to injuries than other joints of the body.
Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) - is generally described as an overuse syndrome. Poor postures at work, computer/mouse work, musical instruments and certain sports can contribute to RSI. The strain is generally within the ligament and tendons, commonly at the elbow, wrist or hand. It is caused by repetitive use of the joint(s) causing inflammation, pain, weakness and swelling.

Can’t thank hoss enough, 1 years worth of back pain healed in 20 minutes.
after being told by my physio to strictly not see a chiropractor for my condition I didn’t have much to lose as I wasn’t progressing with physio.
Had my second follow up appointment today and feeling on top of the world.
Very professional and easy to deal with.
Many thanks hoss
