Geoff and the team are fantastic!!! All of the guys are very very helpful and super friendly. It is so nice to have such a fantastic, reliable, family business in our local area. We have bought both a Centsys gate motor and a TMT garage door motor from the team and been very happy with the products and service. Geoff even dropped by our house one evening on his way home to make sure everything was running smoothly. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!!

I wish all customer service and experience was this good. They are very knowledgeable with all things gates and motors fixing my gate motor, organising collection/delivery from my house and kept in constant communication. This was well less than a fifth of the cost of a new replacement. I would recommend to anyone - local or afar.

The gentleman who answered the phone just talked me through dismantling and diagnosing my Centys D2 Turbo after the local ant population decided they wanted to hoard all of my gardens sand inside my motor housing!
Together we solved a problem that I expected to be a callout and big $$$.
He was very patient with me as he walked me through the process that he knew off the top of his head perfectly.
I can see why other reviewers have posted 5 stars too.

I had an issue with the operation of my Centsys gate motor which is just under 12 months old.
I found Queensland Gate Automation on google and gave them a call the Bloke I spoke to was extremely helpful, He knew the product well, talked me through the diagnosis of the fault and the gate was repaired within 5 minutes over the phone.
Definitely would recommend and I will be going to Queensland Gate Automation if I was to require any of their products in the future.
