We are Toowoomba photographers that provide our photography services at our studio, or at your premises. Our portable studio travels to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

We also cover the Darling Downs and out West. About Report

We met in the communal photographic Darkroom at the RAAF School of Photography East Sale. Alison was in the RAAF at the time and Hardy was in the RAN. We both completed our training and then served as photographers in the above-mentioned services. Our photographic training was very strict but offered us both a wide variety of learning opportunities which translated into invaluable experiences.

I recently engaged Hardy Ahlhaus of Focal Point Photos to produce some images suitable for posting on my social media accounts, including LinkedIn. Hardy did a wonderful job. Primarily, my husband needed a good quality photo of himself as he is looking for work. The problem? My husband is a scientist; he hates self-promotion, and he will typically run when photos are being taken. Hardy is a wonderful person, We were celebrating our 11th Wedding Anniversary and we had organised a date to take the photos but unfortunately on that day it was pouring rain and we had no places to take photos which was disappointing with the sudden weather conditions,but Hardy went out of his way to find us places to take photo and still made our day. And he also offered us another shot of photos which was very kind and generous. I would definitely recommend both Hardy and Alison.
