I found John when searching for a door maintenance service after having called numerous companies that came up on my google search. Every single one of them quoted a call out fee, John on the other hand, was only too happy to offer some helpful advice. After explaining the issues I had with my door, John asked me to send him some photos. Not long after, he called me back and explained what may have been the issue and how I could go about fixing it myself, rather than paying big $$. After prepaying $250 for a quote to service my bi-fold doors, John came out and said that they couldn't help as my floors were unlevel and I needed a structural engineer. John told me the work would cost tens of thousands of dollars. He googled a couple of companies who may be able to help and agreed to return once the floors were level. Neither company recommended by him was able to help and a structiural engineer that we found did a review and arranged for the necessary work - which cost less than $8k! I contacted John again as he had agreed to return after the work was done; only to be told

John and Josh are a lovely father and son team who did a wonderful job repairing my screen and sliding doors. Their communication was excellent and the repair work was done within 24 hours of my initial phone call. The team showed up on time and the work was completed to a high standard at the agreed price. I also found John to be very patient, fair and knowledgeable. He was probably more budget-conscious than I was and didnt use my inexperience with renovations against me.
