The team were honest in their approach and stated up front they weren't the cheapest out there but they do quality work. To that statement I agree. We were happy with the overall result and any issues flagged along the way were addressed quickly without any hassle. Matt was our project manager and did a fantastic job, they have some great tradesmen working for them also who take pride in what they do.

We engaged Lanscape By Design to produce a design for our backyard, including the installation of a new pool. As we are on a corner block the back yard is triangle shape, with the angles causing massive issues during the design phase. Rob was fantastic in taking the key themes we wanted in our backyard and designed an amazing concept for Matt to produce. The project was quite large and lasted several months, with Matt, Rob and the team promptly responding well to any challenges that arose. The project was recently completed and we are thrilled with the results!

We decided to totally pull out our back yard and re do the lot. Quite a big job as we had large boulders, levels and an odd shaped back yard. Landscape by Design were excellent. They put together a great design and managed it all very well- including the addition of a pool. Such an undertaking requires council permissions and other aspects that are beyond the designers' control and the company handled all of this expertly. They were thoughtful, flexible and understanding. Well priced and very nice people to work with with good design ideas.

After having a $60k + project completed with an absent project manager and having to rely on the initial designer there were faults with the end product especially the gate lock. With numerous complaints and “repairs” the lock is officially broken. Being advised that the gate has been slammed causing it to seize is the problem is not correct. It has to be slammed because it is not working. You don’t have security fencing installed to leave the gate open. After contacting LandscapebyDesign we have been advised that we are responsible to pay for changing the original faulty lock for $500+ GST

We recently had a paving and turf job completed by this company (including redoing a previous dodgy job undertaken by another company).
The Project Design and Management of the job was outstanding and very… professional. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helped us achieve a backyard we will enjoy for many years.
