This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back! I walked in last Thursday to try and organise flowers for my engagement party that I just had on the weekend. I showed her my vase and an example photo. The lovely florist said leave it with me, I took all my vases in and picked them up on Saturday ready to go. She is very trustworthy and efficient!!

I have been coming back to Spotted Orchid for many years now and its always a pleasure to deal with Rita.

Typically Great Florist and we'd give her 4 to 5 rating but I rang in early morning to pickup $50 recommended flower arrangement for a colleague who's leaving work just before Christmas. Unfortunately the darkened end bits of petals didn't create a great parting gift experience. Florist might have been trying to get rid of old stock.

Definitely no. I spoke to someone called Rita just now and her response was horrible. I’ll tell anyone who I know not to deal with this flower shop for sure. How rude woman you are. I was concerned what happens if flower you left on the floor(public corridor) got damaged by someone (eg stepped in it or whatsoever). Rita’s reply was ridiculous. ‘It’s there! It’s left there outside. How can it be damaged no one would touch it. Thanks, bye!’
