The facade is an excellent three separate terraced house, the fourth was later demolished. They were then sold to become a guest house, best known as Stock's Coffee Palace during the height of the Temperance Movement. The Motel is conveniently located opposite the Goulburn railway station and is about 100m from the Visitor's Information Centre.

Our experience at the Alpine Heritage Motel was a pleasure. The proprietor was very helpful in accommodating our late arrival and even went as far as to turn the heater on for us on what was a cold night in beautiful Goulburn. Room was clean, shower was great and I slept like a baby. Would recommend. 5 stars.

It smelt as soon as we walked in. Floors dirty. Guy couldn't hardly speak English. Stains and paint on staircase walls. Walked into bedroom and felt nauseous .looked at each and got the hell out of there and went to the Quest which was awesome...worst place I have seen even though it was cheap, it should still be clean! We had the deluxe.. would have loved to have seen the basic room 🤔

Booked room that was supposed to be on ground floor according to the information supplied. Sent a special request explaining my husband uses a walking frame/walking stick. Got there and was told our room was on first .

No milk in the room no butteries in the air conditioning control ,kettle dangerous wouldn't stop boiling someone open the door while I was still in bed When I tryed telling someone about the kettle they don't understand English .
Bed was comfortable great shower great price but not sure I'd stay there again

The room we had was not too bad. I've stayed in worse. The biggest problem was the rolling bed. The slightest move and away it went. Ended up wedging a chair between the cupboard and bed however kept losing pillows off the top end. The bed was comfortable. The tea, coffee and biscuits needed to be refilled so only one of us got to have a biscuit.

Stayed at this motel last night March 13th 2021. When we phoned to enquire about a room we were told $120 cash. We were desperate to find somewhere to stay as the town seemed booked out due to other activities. First floor room up winding steps and narrow walkways, that is after passing a banged up hot water system sitting at the front fence. Room was yuck with vinyl floors and 2 double beds crowded into a tiny space. Beds had castor wheels and moved freely over the floor.Found a condom (unopened) next to the microwave. The room smelt old and the narrow bathroom door would not slide closed properly
