Photographing a newborn is a truly special experience - their eyes squeezed shut, body curled tight, every feature in perfect miniature. When possible, the best time to take newborn photographs is within the first 10 days after birth, while your baby is still so incredibly tiny and will blissfully sleep through the entire event.
Celebrate our union and the creation of a tiny human in a pregnancy session with me. This is a momentous time in your relationship with your baby and family don't let it pass without hitting pause and capturing it to treasure forever, its gone in the blink of an eye. We can do beautiful location pregnancy sessions or I can come to you for an intimate home session.
Whether it's to mark a milestone or simply to freeze a moment in time, a family portrait is a special way to hold onto your memories. I prefer to photograph families outside where the light is most flattering and Sydney's natural beauty can provide an inspiring backdrop. This also allows plenty of space for everyone to feel relaxed and be themselves.
A Bright Photography photoshoot will typically take between one and two hours. Within 2-3 weeks of your shoot, you'll receive a USB with up to 30 images supplied in colour and black and white. To keep things simple and cost-effective, I offer a number of different packages for maternity, newborn and family photography.
If I'm shooting when you call, I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I am based in Bondi, Sydney and regularly travel to locations in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and North Sydney. However, please feel free to contact me about travel options if you live outside these areas and are interested in finding out more about photographing your belly, baby or beyond.
