I have had dozens of building reports done over the years, but Chris Mason does a proper job with a full report with no shortcuts. Just to let you know we didn't purchase the property after all. Extremely poor quality service. Our home was not inspected properly by Superb Pest Control Ipswich, and we have had never ending issues since. Poor communication and lack of knowledge regarding termites and building codes from the technicians. Very disappointed, as they came highly recommended. Would not use again.
